Spaghetti and Marinara Sauce

Hello fellow picky eaters! It’s Owen here! This week along with the pasta lessons described in my last blog, we made some more food! This was a two-day lab mixed with creating our own pasta dough and marinara sauce. The first day consisted of creating the dough and making the sauce. After doing so, the next day we made it altogether and rolled and cut the dough to a fettuccine type noodle and reheated the sauce to make spaghetti. I am not a red sauce type of guy. However, I did enjoy this dish when paired with parmesan cheese (heavily doused of course). I did have to chop the onions very finely because I don't particularly enjoy onions, but I rate this spaghetti 7/10.
