Smoked Mac' and Cheese

 Picky Eaters Paradise

Hello fellow picky eaters! It's Owen here! This week in food and nutrition, we got a choice lab. In these labs we get to decide and make our own meal and with our own ingredients. We decided to make this smoked mac and cheese! With three types of smoked cheese such as gruyere. parmesan, and gouda cheese, we made this masterpiece in one class period! We all got some left over even after sharing with the rest of the class. I give this an easy fifteen out of ten! (A secret to the crust was bacon bits and crushed pork rinds)
