Picky Eaters Paradise Hello picky eaters, it's Owen a fellow picky eater here. Today I was making some breakfast and I don't know about you but breakfast as a picky eater is one of my favorite meals. Whether it's a good slice of bacon, some eggs, and maybe some toast, breakfast always gets me excited.  I created a good breakfast sandwich that is sure to please many people including the picky eaters!  Picky Eaters Paradise Hello fellow picky eaters! Owen here, I don't know about you, but I love desserts. Whenever I want something sweet that I know that I will always enjoy, I love to go for a good, sweet dessert. Whether it is ice cream, cake of some sort, or candy I enjoy it all. One thing in particular that many people enjoy is a good brownie. Made from a box and very with simple instructions, a warm and moist brownie can satisfy pretty much anyone. (Other than people who are lactose intolerant).  With that said, I made some extremely good brownies. The thing different however, was the fact that they were not made from a boxed mix. Made from all individual ingredients this recipe will have your picky eating sweet tooth satisfied in 45 minutes. Smash Burgers

Image
Picky Eaters Paradise Hey picky eaters. I'm Owen your fellow picky eater! The other day I was getting a little hungry and was ready to tread new waters. I remember being a kid and loving a good cheeseburger, but they had to be cooked a certain way. Few places in my area could dish out what I was craving, so I decided to try my own. My favorites had always been smash burgers, however, the places I had visited added too much of what I didn't like and didn't incorporate the stuff I did like. So, I tried to make my own version of a smash burger with a simple flair, picky eater style! This recipe is sure to satisfy all people who enjoy a good burger! Steps: Get ground beef. (80% lean 20% fat) Divide and make into balls. (Around the size of a lemon) Heat a pan on high heat. Drop the ball of meat onto the hot pan.  With a spatula or pan wrapped in tin foil, smash the burgers to a thin patty. Cover one side with salt and pepper. (Only one side needs to be seasoned) Smash once more...

Picky Eaters Paradise (Chips)

Picky Eaters Paradise Growing up as a kid, I constantly struggled with being able to try new foods. Staying safe with the classic chicken nuggets and French fries' combination, I constantly fought my mom as she attempted to make me eat anything other than my nuggets! As I began to grow a little older, I gained a sense of insecurity when eating with friends because of my lack of enjoyment towards other foods. As a result, I have created this blog to share my experiences with trying to expand my palate with new foods and teaching you how to make the recipes as well.      My name is Owen, and I am a recovering picky eater. Although I don't enjoy admitting it, I am a picky eater. From common fried food to the occasional soup or sandwich, my palate is not very expanded. However, my goal is to get out of my comfort zone and share the recipes I try in order to inform, but also maybe inspire other picky eaters to get out of their shells as well....
